Millions of Naira worth new modern 6-Classroom Block built and donated to the prestigious Aguata High School in Ekwulobia, Aguata L.G.A of Anambra State by the member representing Aguata II Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly was on July 19, 2017 commissioned by the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Barr. Rita Mmaduagwu.
In chat with Fides, the two time legislator, Hon Ikem Uzoezie said the classroom block was in demonstration of his continued commitment to quality representation which he oweD his good people of Aguata II Constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of APGA, Anambra South, Chief Titus Anigbogu commended Uzoezie for the new hope he gave to Aguata High School through the donation of the state-of-art new classroom block. He extolled Hon Uzoezie for his exemplary quality representation.
Fides gathered that other projects attributed to Hon Uzoezie in Aguata II Constituency included drainage system to control flood at Ihuokpala and Umuchi Villages in Ekwulobia and ongoing Classroom Block for Umuezenneafor Primary School, Ekwulobia, among others.
Among other dignitaries that graced the event were the former Executive Chairman of Aguata Local Govt, Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji; Igwe Emmanuel Onyeneke, Ezejiofor II of Ekwulobia; Igwe Dr Martin Eze, Idu II of Igboukwu; Igwe Alfred Onwunemne, Alupuoaku of Ikenga and a good number of Anambra State legislators.
